The information we collect will be used to notify you of any changes to our website and/or special offers that we think you’ll find valuable. This information is never shared with anyone except when required by law enforcement.
Terms of Service
When purchasing our products, you, the Customer represents that he/she has read, understands, and agrees to all of the terms and conditions set forth on this website. Additionally, you acknowledge that you are at least twenty one (21) years of age and have the legal ability to purchase alcohol. If the Customer does not accept all the terms and conditions set forth within, he/she should not purchase or use our products. These terms are subject to change from time-to-time, in whole or in part, without prior notice.
Shipping & Returns Policy
Laws vary from State to State. We are only able to ship wine to the states that appear in the selection box on the order form.
Age Verification
By placing an order with us you acknowledge that you are at least 21 years of age and that the recipient of said order is also 21 years of age. We do require our shipping carrier to add the Adult Signature option. The carrier will verify the age of the recipient upon delivery.
Receiving a Shipment
If you, or the recipient of the wine will not be home during business delivery hours, we recommend sending the order to a business address, or an authorized FedEx drop off location, where the package can be received and signed for. Orders containing alcohol cannot be left on a doorstep, nor sent to a P.O. Box. If the first attempt at delivery fails, two additional attempts will generally be made. If the package is not signed for and received, and is subsequently returned to us, there may be additional shipping charges to resend the package.
